YotSignal Platform Terms
Last updated: July 2026
YotSignal provides marine intelligence, OEM Index builder and model research, source-backed vessel records, valuation intelligence, specialist match workflows, authorized inventory workflows, and request and access workflows. These terms explain how YotSignal information and services may be used.
By accessing or using YotSignal, including the public site, the OEM Index, YotSignal Command, and YAM, the Yacht Asset Manager, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the company, brokerage, dealership, builder, or organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use YotSignal.
1. What YotSignal Is
YotSignal is a marine intelligence platform that organizes builder, model, specification, document, media, vessel, listing, valuation, and workflow intelligence from the model record outward. It is used by dealers, brokers, OEMs and builders, and authorized marine industry users.
YotSignal includes:
- the public YotSignal site;
- the OEM Index of builder, model family, model, specification, document, and media records;
- YotSignal Command, the internal operator and review surface;
- YAM, the Yacht Asset Manager, the dealer and broker workspace;
- vessel records connected to reviewed model intelligence;
- valuation intelligence and specialist match workflows;
- authorized inventory workflows;
- request and access workflows.
YotSignal is not a listing service. Intelligence-backed model and vessel records are the primary product, and authorized inventory or transaction activity is one layer connected to that intelligence when a rights holder approves it.
2. Information and Intelligence Use
YotSignal content is provided for informational, research, intelligence, and workflow-support purposes.
YotSignal is not a guarantee of vessel condition, ownership, availability, pricing, seaworthiness, title, documentation status, or transaction outcome. You should treat YotSignal information as research context, not as a warranty or a representation about any specific vessel or transaction.
3. Source-Backed but Not Guaranteed
YotSignal may use public, source-tracked, submitted, authorized, and reviewed sources according to posture rules. These may include public sources, OEM and builder sources, broker or dealer authorized sources, archived sources, media references, documents, submitted corrections, and reviewed observations.
Even source-backed information may be incomplete, outdated, conflicting, or in need of human verification. A source reference is provided for transparency and context. It is not a guarantee that the information is current, complete, or accurate.
4. Reviewed and Candidate Information
YotSignal separates reviewed model intelligence from candidate and internal evidence. Reviewed model intelligence has passed source review and may be positioned as authority; candidate evidence is information still in review.
Candidate and internal information may be withheld from public authority. YotSignal controls public-use posture and may keep candidate or internal information private while it is in review, and may retain conflicting or historical information for research context with appropriate provenance.
5. Dealer-Confirmed Vessel Details
YotSignal separates reviewed model intelligence from dealer-confirmed vessel and unit details. Model intelligence describes a model record; dealer-confirmed unit details describe a specific vessel and are the responsibility of the confirming dealer or broker.
Dealer-confirmed unit details are not model intelligence and are not authority over the model record. Availability, pricing, ownership, condition, and representation of a specific vessel must be confirmed with the responsible dealer, broker, seller, or rights holder.
6. OEM and Builder Submissions
OEMs, builders, and authorized representatives may be able to review OEM Index records and submit official specifications, documents, media references, model updates, corrections, and official context.
Submitting information does not automatically change the public record. YotSignal reviews source posture, separates candidate evidence from reviewed model intelligence, and controls what may appear publicly. YotSignal is not required to publish every submission or correction. No partnership or endorsement is implied by a builder submission or page unless explicitly agreed.
7. Media and Document References
YotSignal may reference third-party media, videos, documents, public pages, brochures, or source links, and may hold such references in review before any public use.
Unless expressly stated, YotSignal does not own third-party media and does not imply endorsement, partnership, or authorization by the referenced party. Referenced media and documents remain subject to the rights and terms of their owner, and media rights and public-use posture are reviewed before exposure.
8. Valuation and Specialist Workflows
YotSignal may provide valuation intelligence, comparable references, price context, and specialist match workflows that route buyer and seller opportunities to appropriate parties.
Valuation intelligence and specialist match are research and workflow support, not an appraisal, a guarantee of value, or a brokerage or transactional service. Value, availability, and representation must be confirmed with qualified parties before any decision or transaction.
9. Historical and Archived Data
YotSignal may maintain historical model data, discontinued model records, prior-year specifications, archived source references, older brochures and documents, and model-generation context.
Historical data may vary by hull, model year, refit, option package, generation, or source. Older records are preserved for research and continuity and should not be assumed to describe a current-production configuration.
10. Authorized Inventory Only
YotSignal does not claim that every vessel or model record is active inventory. Public or internal model intelligence may include observations and references that are not offers or listings.
Real broker or dealer inventory activation requires authorization from the appropriate broker, dealer, seller, OEM, or rights holder. Nothing on YotSignal represents authorized inventory unless the appropriate party has authorized it.
11. No Ownership or Availability Guarantee
Market observations, comparable vessels, price ranges, and reference links are not guarantees that a vessel is available, accurately priced, or represented by YotSignal.
Availability, pricing, ownership, and representation can change at any time and must be confirmed with the responsible broker, dealer, seller, or rights holder.
12. Access-Controlled Services
YotSignal Command, YAM, the Yacht Asset Manager, private previews, intelligence dashboards, snapshots, review tools, inventory workflows, and other non-public surfaces remain access-controlled and may be subject to separate agreements, subscriptions, authorizations, NDAs, onboarding terms, or access controls.
You may not attempt to bypass access controls, gates, or authentication, and you may not access private workspaces, review surfaces, or non-public data you are not authorized to use. Access to these services does not transfer responsibility for inventory content, authority, or transaction conduct to YotSignal.
13. No Automatic Public Publication
Nothing on YotSignal becomes public automatically. Submitting information, requesting access, internal review, and internal approval do not publish anything to a public surface.
Public visibility is a separate, controlled step governed by public-use posture. Real broker or dealer inventory is only activated into public, intelligence-backed pages under the authorization of the appropriate rights holder.
14. No Professional Advice
YotSignal provides workflow support, not legal, financial, insurance, survey, title, tax, escrow, compliance, valuation, brokerage, or marine engineering advice.
You should verify details and obtain guidance from qualified professionals before relying on any information for a decision or transaction.
15. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for verifying the following before relying on any information from YotSignal:
- vessel data and specifications;
- title, ownership, and liens;
- condition and documentation;
- taxes and registration;
- authorization to buy, sell, or represent a vessel;
- pricing and availability;
- transaction documents.
Reliance on YotSignal information is at your own discretion and risk, and does not replace independent verification and professional review.
16. Owner and User-Submitted Intelligence
If YotSignal accepts owner, broker, dealer, captain, surveyor, OEM, or user-submitted intelligence, submissions are subject to review, moderation, editing, rejection, and provenance tracking.
You must not submit content that is defamatory, private, unlawful, misleading, or rights-infringing. You are responsible for having the rights and authority to submit anything you provide. You must not submit information on behalf of a builder or organization unless you are an authorized representative.
17. Data Rights and Prohibited Use
You may not bulk copy, extract, resell, republish, reverse engineer, or otherwise misuse YotSignal data, model records, intelligence outputs, screenshots, private surfaces, or source compilations without permission.
YotSignal intelligence, model records, and compilations are provided for authorized use within the platform and are not licensed for redistribution or resale unless expressly agreed in writing.
18. No Partnership Implication
Unless expressly stated, references to OEMs, builders, brokers, dealers, vessels, or models do not imply partnership, endorsement, authorization, or a customer relationship.
The presence of a builder, model, vessel, or market observation in YotSignal does not mean that party participates in, endorses, or has authorized YotSignal.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YotSignal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from or related to use of YotSignal, its intelligence, market observations, references, third-party sources, or user conduct.
YotSignal information is provided as is and as available, without warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
20. Governing Law
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
21. Changes to These Terms
YotSignal may update these terms as the platform evolves.
When changes are made, YotSignal may update the Last updated date, post the new version, or use another reasonable notice method. Continued use of YotSignal after updated terms become effective means you accept the updated terms.
22. Contact and Requests
Questions about these terms, YotSignal access, or a request or access workflow may be sent to intel@yotsignal.com or through your account representative.
